Customer-Focused Excellence: ThaiBev Platinum Award

This special award celebrates a remarkable achievement: securing the Gold Award for three consecutive years, which qualifies us for the prestigious Platinum Award.

Our partnership with ThaiBev began in 2021, when we were first honoured with the Silver Award, recognising our growing contribution to their operations. In 2022, we progressed to achieving the Gold Award, a testament to our focus on delivering quality, reliability, and innovation. This year, in 2024, we earned our third consecutive Gold Award, qualifying us for the Platinum Award, the pinnacle of ThaiBev’s partner recognition programme.

This award reflects our consistent performance across five critical criteria: Quality, Delivery, Commercial Excellence, Sustainability, and Project Support. It also underscores the strength of our relationship with ThaiBev and our ability to meet their evolving expectations, from ensuring product excellence to embracing sustainable practices.

The Business Partner Award Ceremony 2024 was held during the SX Sustainability Expo 2024: TSCN Business Partner Conference at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre in Bangkok. This event celebrates ThaiBev’s commitment to fostering partnerships that drive competitiveness, sustainability, and innovation, recognising strategic suppliers who play a vital role in their value chain.

Our Performance Chemicals department has been a key contributor to this success, supplying essential enzyme solutions that support ThaiBev’s brewery operations at facilities including BeerThai 1991, Beer Thip, and Cosmos Brewery. These enzymes are vital to the production of Chang Beer, one of Thailand’s most iconic beverages. Over the years, we have adapted to evolving customer requirements, meeting not only the stringent standards of quality and safety but also the growing emphasis on sustainability.

Achieving Platinum status is a testament to our commitment to delivering beyond customer expectations. It is not the result of individual efforts but rather a collaborative achievement driven by the dedication of every department—Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and more.
